Happy Easter!

SILLYBANDZ, FUNKY BANDZ & ZANY BANDZ
These colorful & fun shaped rubber bands are the most popular item we have ever had! We are carrying three different lines just so we can get our hands on enough stock & we still seem to run out too often. Each of these three brands carry some of the same shapes & than they each have their own unique shapes & are constantly designing new ones. My personal favorite is the new hippie bands that Funky Bandz created. We are the only store in Georgia that carries the Funky Bandz line so far! We will have our largest shipment ever arriving FIRST THING THIS MORNING from them & they will sell out quickly. Our Friday shipment was gone by Saturday morning so make sure you get them quickly for Easter baskets! We will also be receiving a limited quantity of the Rockbandz & the all NEW Fantasy bands from SillyBandz tomorrow! Also, today’s shipment from Funky Bandz will include the silicone necklace to hang all of your bands from!
SNAP CAPS
We have many new choker colors & cap designs – come & check them out for yourself. We also have a number of new super cute Snap Cap keepers. These are other great Easter basket gifts! ALSO arriving today are the new LIBERTY LIONS bottle caps! We’ve been carrying the SIXES STARS for a month or two. We donate $1.00 of the proceeds of each cap sold to the school so it is a great way to show your school pride & support your school. EASTER GIFTS
Easter specific gifts are now 35% off! We also have a great selection of little Easter basket stuffers as well as bigger items available. Most of our bigger items still have a price point in the $15 range so we try to stay very affordable in today’s economy. Besides the usual Sillybandz, Snap Caps & Webkinz, there are two other great items we carry called Brain Noodles & the Little Experience Craft Kits. These are great for both boys & girls! The Brain Noodles come in Solids, Stripes, Puppy, Bugs & Bees, Pirates & Princesses. We have many great Easter selections as well as the Webkinz Signature, Juniors & a new selection of Zumbuddies! We just received our April shipment yesterday & the Rainbow Armadillo & Dazzle Dachsund are absolutely adorable & selling quickly! The Signature Endangered Species Elephant is beautiful! All of our Webkinz are now, Buy 3 or more & get 20% off of all of them & all Easter Webkinz are 35% off this week! SMENCILS
These popular, gourmet scented pencils are backordered until May! They are made of 100% recycled newspapers & come in their own biodegradable storage tube to keep them smelling fresh! We have a very limited quantity of both the #2 pencils & the colored pencils left at the Hickory Flat store!

We’ve had a great response to the new Mud Pie items including spring & summer clothing, shoes, hair accessories & more & we just received a NEW SHIPMENT! These items are absolutely darling – Mud Pie has expanded their sizes – come in & check these out. We order limited quantities so get them while they last! DESIGNER PILLOWCASE DRESSES!
We have beautiful NEW SPRING pillow case dress designs! These are absolutely beautiful & selling quickly so get them now. We should have two new designs arriving very soon so stay tuned! CUSTOM JEWELRY
We carry a great selection of custom jewelry pieces designed by Cindi Dornellas of MeuCow Creations. Cindi can make a custom necklace, art tiles or other beautiful & unique pieces using your photographs & specifications. Cindi has just brought in some incredible new designs & the ever popular photo pocket pendants! One of her new designs is a “Lifesaver” necklace in bright, bold colors. It has a great $12 price point (for custom, one of a kind jewelry!) & has been selling quickly – see photo on right! Her Bloom n’ Beads is one of my favorites & perfect for spring! BABY GEAR
We have plenty of great swings, bouncy seats, gates, strollers, etc at the moment & most of our baby gear is now 10-20% off of our already low prices. However, we are in desperate need of Pack & Plays, High Chairs, Exersaucers, Jumperoos & Walkers. Please call us if you have any of these items to consign. We pay out 50% of the selling price on baby gear that sells for more than $20.
SUMMER HOURS
We have returned to our summer hours this week. We open at 10 am every day at both stores and we close at 6 pm on Monday & Wednesday evenings and at 7 pm on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings at Bridgemill. We close at 6 pm Monday through Wednesday and at 7 pm on Thursday & Friday evening at Hickory Flat. We close at 5 pm on Saturdays & are closed on Sundays at both stores.

WINTER CLEARANCE
We are nearing the end of our winter clearance! We have our “LAST CHANCE” racks at the front of both stores. Clothing on those racks is 30-50% off.

MARKDOWNS
Remember that we now do automatic markdowns on our clothing! Everyone loves this because many of the items ring up at 10-50% off at the register which is a very nice surprise! You can always feel free to have us check prices if you’re not sure.
AMERICAN HERITAGE UNIFORMS
Remember we have a huge stock of AHA uniforms in the back room at our BridgeMill store. We have put out our spring/summer stock. We do not carry AHA at the Hickory Flat store.
BIRTHDAY SHIRTS
We now have birthday shirts (many designs to choose from-ask to see the book) which we will customize with your child's name & age. Please allow 2-5 business days for all special orders. These shirts are perfect for your child to wear at their birthday party! Big Brother/Sister shirts are also available. We also have the very cute birthday hats & bibs from Mud Pie for first birthdays!
MONOGRAMMING
We carry many monogrammed gift items and you can bring in your items for monogramming as well. Most outside monogramming can be done for $10.00. Turn around time is usually 2-5 days but we can process rush orders in under 48 hours for a $5.00 rush fee.
MONKEY MONEY
We began a rewards program called MONKEY MONEY in September which has been very popular! If you sign up for this program you will receive a point for every dollar spent in our store. Every time you reach 100 points, you will be able to redeem those points as a $5.00 gift certificate in the store on your next visit. We will also have some MONKEY MONEY MADNESS DAYS when you can earn double points (2 points for each dollar spent). Watch this blog for Monkey Money updates! Please note that while we are the owners of both Funky Monkey stores, the POS system is not networked so if you shop at both stores, you will need to sign up for the Monkey Money program at both locations & your rewards will be tracked separately at each location.
LAYAWAY
Funky Monkey is excited to offer a layaway program at both of our stores. Do you need an entire wardrobe for your child but don't quite have the funds available? Details of the plan are as follows- Layaway term is 30 days
Sale prices do not apply to layaway
Maximum layaway amount per account/household is $250
Down Payment equals 10% or $10, whichever is greater
A minimum of 50% is due within two weeks, balance by the end of 30 days Layaway fee of $5.00 applies
Cancellation fee of $5.00 applies for any layaway cancellations or changes; the balance of a deposit on a cancelled layaway will be refunded on a store gift card
Any layaways not paid in full within 30 days will be automatically cancelled & the cancellation policy will apply.
BIN & CLOTHING PICKUP
Please remember that you have 10 days from the time that we call you to pick up your bin (for recently consigned clothing) or clothing from the past season that didn’t sell. After 10 days we automatically donate your items to the Cherokee Family Violence Center. We can provide a tax receipt for you - please let us know if you need one.
